Academy will provide homework planners for each child in
2nd - 6th grades. If planners are lost, parents will be
charged a $3.00 replacement cost.
Also,
please remember to label lunch pails, hats, umbrellas, jackets
and sweatshirts. At the end of last year, we donated a significant
amount of leftover student items to charity.
Another reminder, please help your students take care of
their textbooks and library books this year. Parents will
be responsible for replacing any lost or damaged books.
1- Waterproof book bag or backpack
1- Box colored markers-thin markers work best
1- Box colored pencils-Please be sure they are the twistable
only
1- Pair of scissors
1- 1½" 3 ring hard cover binder
1- 8" x 11" (approx.) clipboard
1- Pencil box (plastic type with a lid that closes) (please
buy the large ones approx. 13"x5")
1- Pack binder paper-preferred wide
1- Pack of dividers-Please label Science, Social Studies,
Spanish, Reading and Grammar
3- Blue or black pens( no other colors)
1- Package of small pink erasers (3 per pkg.)
3- Fabric book covers- They must be the jumbo size or they
ruin the books
1-Single highlighter-Yellow
1-What Your 3rd Grader Needs to Know by E. D. Hirsch, Jr.
Items to be shared with the class--Please do not label.
1- Large
box of Kleenex
1-Basic watercolor set with brush (Prang)
1-Fine black permanent marker
1-Package of colored permanent markers-the more colors the
better
1-Box sandwich bags with the zipper
1-Pack of Expo markers -low odor- large size
1-Package of disinfectant wipes, i.e. Clorox wipes
4- Glue sticks-Large jumbo ones only
2- Packages of sharpened pencils - lead pencils are okay
- have several on hand

3 - #2 pencils - sharpened
