Annual Parent Notice of Rights and Responsibilities
 
State and Federal law requires school districts to provide annual notice to parents/guardians of certain rights and responsibilities. Parents/guardians are required to acknowledge receipt of this notice by physically or electronically signing the parent acknowledgement and checking the appropriate confirmation box when filling out your student's Emergency Card. A signature does not indicate that consent to participate in any particular program has been either given or withheld.
