NEW FAMILIES TO SCHOOLMINT

The account can be set up any time, but parent/guardian must wait until the lottery application period opens before application can be completed and submitted.  If account is set up on January 18th or after, the system will take you directly to the application.

  • Forgot username or password? - reset from the home page.
  • One account per family - please do not set up more than one family account.
 
 
Parent/guardian will receive a confirmation for each application submitted from noreply+rafos@schoolmint.com.  Remember to add this email to your address book.  If you are not receiving emails, check your “junk” folder.
 
 
 
2019-20 Lottery Period
 
Begins  7:00 a.m. - January 18th (2019)
Ends  11:00 p.m. - February 28th (2019)
 
Applications Submitted After February 28th
 
will not be part of the lottery; applicant will be placed on school's waiting list based on submission date/time, AFTER applicants ranked in the lottery.

2019-20 School Openings
Each year, we have openings at Gateway in Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and Gateway, Meyers and Turnstone in Kindergarten .  Availability in other grades depends on the number of current students indicating their intent to return for the next academic school year. Current students will indicate their "intent to return or not return" by end of February.
 
Public Lottery
  • Public lottery will be held on March 13th to rank applicants who applied during the lottery application period and create the order of each school's 2019-20 waiting list.  Parent/guardians are welcome to attend to view the process.  Once all applications have been validated, the lottery date/time/location notification will be sent to all applicants through SchoolMint.
 
Admission Offers
Admission offers will be made on March 14th.  After 4:00 p.m., view applicant's status from your family's SchoolMint account.
 
Remember:
  • Offers can be made before the school year begins AND after the school year has already started. 
  • Parent/guardian must ACCEPT or DECLINE admission offer in SchoolMint within 24 hours of notification or admission offer will be declined and made to the next applicant on the school's waiting list.
  • If applicant receives multiple offers, accept only one offer within the 24-hour period.  
  • If parent/guardian ACCEPTS, applicant will then be removed from all other school waiting lists.
  • If parent/guardian DECLINES, applicant will be removed from the offering school's waiting list only.
  • If parent/guardian FAILS TO DECLINE BY DEADLINE, applicant will be removed from offering school's waiting list only.
  • Any confirmed siblings will be prioritized on the waiting list at time of applicant's acceptance.  Enrollment of any siblings is on a space available basis and is not guaranteed.
 
Enrollment Packets
  • Once offer has been accepted, parent/guardian must click REGISTER and complete/submit student's enrollment packet within five (5) calendar days.
  • If admission offer is being accepted after the school year has started, the enrollment packet must be completed/submitted within 48 hours of acceptance.
  • All required fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed to successfully submit your student's enrollment packet.
    • If student is missing documents, upload note which indicates when document will be uploaded.
  • All uploads must be in pdf format; if document contains two or more pages, save all pages as one pdf file, then upload.
  • Student's enrollment packet will be reviewed and status will be returned to "Registration in Progress" if packet is incomplete.  Packet must remain "Registration in Progress" until all items have been uploaded and resubmitted.
  • Student's enrollment is considered complete when parent/guardian receives "Registration Verified" notification.
  • Any changes to applicant's primary residence address must be updated by parent/guardian in SchoolMint immediately and could affect student's placement on the waiting list.
Need a Computer?
Visit our Parent Kiosk, located in the lobby at 660 Menlo Drive, Rocklin.  The kiosk is closed on school holidays, weekends and during all school breaks.
     Regular School Days - From 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
     Minimum School Days - From 9:00 a.m. to 12 Noon
